Adult & Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest (ATCPNW) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, enhancing donor engagement, and supporting our mission-driven programs, including Residential Recovery, Behavioral Health, Vocational Training, and Outreach.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You will collaborate with divisional leaders, advancement teams, and IT to develop impactful marketing campaigns that maximize reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Develop and implement content strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
Prioritize projects based on impact, resources, and execution feasibility.
Explore marketing automation and workflow improvements.
Provide brand and creative direction for internal teams and external partners.
Stay informed on best practices in nonprofit marketing and beyond.
Lead and mentor a marketing team and potential interns
Qualifications:
✔ 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or equivalent experience.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, digital marketing tools, and graphic design best practices.
✔ Experience in nonprofit marketing is a plus.
