Your Role:
Team Building: Take charge of recruiting and onboarding top-notch sales talent to form your own team, ensuring every member is set up for success.
On-Field Coaching: Provide direct, real-time support to your team while they’re out in the field. Your leadership will empower them to engage customers effectively and close deals confidently.
Performance Optimization: Track team performance through key metrics, offer actionable insights, and adjust strategies to boost overall productivity and sales performance.
Active Participation: Be a role model by joining your team in the field, sharing best practices, and actively contributing to sales efforts.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior management to refine field strategies and drive initiatives that align with our company’s broader goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: A strong background in door-to-door or field sales management with demonstrable success in recruiting and leading teams.
Natural Coach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team in a dynamic field environment.
Data-Driven: Capable of interpreting field performance data and making strategic decisions to enhance team results.
Hands-On Leader: You’re not afraid to get out in the field and lead by example, actively engaging with customers and team members alike.
Goal-Focused: A relentless drive for achieving and surpassing sales targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
Attractive Salary: Earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
