Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Minneapolis and surrounding area to drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Duties
Visit On/Off Premise accounts (Bars, Resturants, Liquor Stores) for product placement/education.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Manage product management processes, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
Sampling/tasting events held at accounts to help drive product awareness and account support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
Work with the Regional Director to work on strategies in your area to ensure success.
Manage advertising sales efforts, ensuring effective communication accounts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
Food/Beverage industry experience.
Experience in product management, with a focus on market trends and consumer behavior.
Ability to work with CRM data collection.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $48,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
