Job Description
JK Rentals is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to assist with the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will posses a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve the company goals. This role will require a creative mind to develop appropriate and effective marketing campaigns. The position will also involve keeping up with the latest market trends and utilizing various platforms to further enhance the company’s culture and brand presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and creative direction that align with business objective and goals
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Manage all marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure cohesive messaging.
collaborate with sales teams to create promotional efforts that support company sales growth.
Manage the composing, editing, and up dating of all marketing materials within the company website, and all social media platforms.
Collaborate with company leadership and sales to establish appropriate budget guidelines for marketing resources.
Experience
Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Familiarity with print advertising strategies.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content.
Experience collaborating with sales teams to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Become proficient with Sketchup and assist the sales team in helping to design layouts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
