We’re looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Events Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the world of event planning and execution, learning how to create memorable events that strengthen our brand presence and engage our audience. You will support the team in coordinating various marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and clinic educational events. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals and make an impact on high-profile projects.

Amen Clinics is one of the largest and most respected mental health private practices in the country. Our team is composed of the country’s most talented psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and compassionate healers. Our marketing team works in a collaborative team environment and are passionate about mental health.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of virtual and in-person events, including but not limited to logistics, venue arrangements, and marketing materials.
Marketing and Promotions: Help coordinate with members of the marketing team, including creative designers, to create social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional activities leading up to events.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to confirm services, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of all event materials.
Branding and Collateral Preparation: Assist with the preparation and organization of event materials, such as banners, brochures, giveaways, and branded merchandise.
Data Collection and Reporting: Assist with gathering feedback from event attendees, track event metrics, and contribute to post-event analysis to determine the success and impact of events.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on event goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
o 0 – 1 years’ experience with event planning and coordination.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
o Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite) and marketing tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

Work Environment:
This position is 100% Remote. Work from home for this company for years to come.
The people you will video conference with are passionate, polite, precise, productive and prolific. Most of all we are a caring group that support each other through all of life’s ups and downs.
We provide you with a company computer and all software needed designed for the tasks you will be assigned. You must have highspeed internet and be available to work for at least 8 hours Mon-Fri. Official work day starts at 8 am Pacific time but we have employees from Florida to Hawaii.
