Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, a strategic mindset, and a passion for collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive messaging, compelling visuals, and effective campaigns across all marketing channels are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that align with business goals and brand identity.
Visual Brand Oversight:
Ensure all marketing materials meet high visual and brand standards, collaborating with designers and content creators to produce engaging assets. Source partners as needed.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Content Creation & Direction:
Work closely with designers, videographers, and writers to develop compelling visuals and messaging that captivate target audiences.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Partner with multiple business units and external manufacturers to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms and marketing materials.
Performance Tracking:
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
Market Research & Insights:
Analyze industry trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Competencies or Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and visually compelling projects.
Strong eye for design, layout, and brand aesthetics.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design platforms.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance.
Must be able to stand and/or sit for several hours at a time.
Ability to work in hot, cold and/or loud environments effectively.
Ability to squat, kneel, lift, push and bend.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Travel
Limited travel is required as needed for this position.
