What You’ll Do:
Field Leadership: Act as the on-the-ground coach for our door-to-door team, providing real-time feedback and support while they engage with customers.
Recruit & Develop: Build your own high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring new talent, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to excel.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze field data, and implement effective strategies to enhance team productivity and sales outcomes.
Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align field strategies with overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Role Modeling: Lead by example by actively participating in field activities, demonstrating best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Who You Are:
Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in door-to-door or field sales management and are skilled at recruiting and developing teams.
Dynamic Coach: Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to provide effective, hands-on coaching that motivates and drives success.
Results-Oriented: You thrive in a goal-driven environment, with a passion for exceeding targets and fostering a winning team culture.
Adaptable & Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field setting, you’re ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Sales Savvy: A background in sales, coupled with practical experience in field operations, is highly preferred.
