About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and has a proven track record of content creation, social media planning, and digital strategy.
You will play a vital role in shaping the online presence of Casa Novay Design, Decorus Art, and CEC, helping us tell compelling stories through engaging visuals, video, and brand-driven content.
Responsibilities
Website Management
Maintain and update our Shopify and WordPress websites
Implement basic SEO best practices (training available; prior experience a plus)
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and monitor content across platforms
Engage with our audience and track performance insights
Content Creation
Capture high-quality local photos and videos
Design compelling graphics using Canva and Adobe tools
Write engaging captions and create brand-aligned storytelling
Analytics & Strategy
Track and interpret performance data using Google Analytics, Shopify Insights, and social media analytics
Optimize strategy based on insights and trends
