Marketing Representative FT
Work Hours: 40 hours, Flexible (in accordance to business need)
Salary rate: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly
This is a non-exempt position. Paid overtime is in accordance to the Fair Labor Standards Act.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Creative, Driven, and Self-Motivated
● Maintenance of Rewards database
● Clear Written and Verbal Communication skills
● Attention to detail
● Social Media business management
● Track, measure, and support content performance.
● Create company communication flyers, signs, forms, ordering materials etc.
● Coordinate swag project ordering with outside agencies as needed
● Organize and execute marketing projects, events, and additional responsibilities as needed
● Ability to work independently towards company goals
● Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Proficient Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Acrobat) required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Publisher) required; experience with Eagle Browser a plus
· Strong project management skills with follow through
· Video and photography experience preferred
· Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Google Business Profile
· Experience with Video production, photographing events and employees, etc.
· Google and Social Media analytics preferred
· Experience with Website editing (resizing images, product descriptions etc.)
· Creative mind with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with Social Media scheduling and posting preferred
· Must be willing to help where needed and excited to learn new skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in directly related field or Associates degree with substantial focus in communications or business OR equivalent experience and/or education.
Experience: Required: Strong communication, interpersonal, and verbal skills along with strong social media, retail and event experience.
Attendance is a requirement of employment.
