Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Associate with a proven track record of success in client acquisition, particularly in a sales or marketing capacity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acquiring privately paid clients and will be responsible for going into the field to actively secure new clients for our home healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven Results in Client Acquisition: Demonstrate a track record of acquiring new clients through networking, lead generation, and strategic outreach.
Actively seek out new clients by visiting local businesses, networking events, and engaging with the community.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and their families, educating them about our services and how we can meet their needs.
Represent the company at local events, healthcare fairs, and other marketing opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience and results in marketing, sales, or client acquisition—preferably within healthcare or related industries.
Strong ability to build relationships and demonstrate success in client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge or experience in the healthcare or home health care industry is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50,253.00 – $53,620.00 per year
