This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, driving business growth, and ensuring strong market positioning throughinnovativestrategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Business Growth:

Plan, develop, implement, and monitor the overall business marketing strategy to align with organizational goals.

Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop marketing strategies for productpromotionand business expansion.

Guide and collaborate withcross-functional teamsincluding sales, business development, product development, distribution channel management, and customer service.

Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring optimalresource allocationand high ROI.

Conduct surveys and case studies to gain customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

Plan and executedigital marketing campaignsincludingSEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing (Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram).

Optimize campaigns throughAd Testing, Bid Management, Conversion Tracking, and Performance Reporting.

Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog posts, email marketing, Whats App campaigns, and landing pages.

Develop creative and compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital artworks.

Generate high-quality leads through digital channels and refine lead nurturing processes to maximize conversions.

Branding, Public Relations & Advertising:

Managecorporate brandingefforts and maintain a strong public presence.

Develop and execute advertising strategies acrossdigital, print, and event marketing.

Collaborate with advertising agencies, media houses, PR firms, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility.

Increasereviews and ratingson various platforms to strengthen the organization’s online reputation.

SEO, Website & Mobile App Management:

Develop and execute strongSEO strategiesto improve organic search rankings.

Oversee website redevelopment and mobile app enhancements, ensuring anoptimized user experience.

Manage and optimize the company’sYou Tube channel, ensuring high engagement and growth.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

Conductcompetitor analysisto understand their marketing strategies, pricing models, and brand positioning.

Identify gaps and opportunities in the market to developinnovativemarketing strategies.

Implementdata-driven decision-makingto optimize marketing performance andcustomer engagement.

Skills &

Competencies:

EdTech experience is mandatory.

Stronganalytical and creativethinking abilities.

Expertise inSEO, Google Ads, and You Tube channel management.

Proficiency ingraphic design and video editingtools.

Extensive knowledge acrossproduction, information technology, legal, and finance disciplines.

Excellentcommunication,leadership, and team management skills.

Ability to strategize and implementmulti-channel marketing campaigns.

Hands-on experienceinperformance marketing and marketing automation tools.
