Your Goal: Get More Customers!
WonderDads is looking for a results-driven Full Cycle Conversion Marketer to help scale our customer acquisition efforts. If you thrive on rapid testing, optimizing campaigns, and driving immediate purchases, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Podcast, and TV ads.
✅ Lead email and text marketing efforts to engage and convert potential customers.
✅ Develop ad creatives, launch campaigns, track performance, and refine strategies to achieve target CPAs.
✅ Continuously test and optimize marketing efforts to improve performance and scale customer acquisition.
✅ Drive upsell marketing for existing customers around birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
✅ Understand and tap into a parent’s mindset to craft compelling, relatable marketing messages.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and direct response marketing.
Strong ability to create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and optimizing ad spend.
Creative thinker who enjoys fast-paced testing and problem-solving.
Experience with upsell and lifecycle marketing is a plus.
