Overview
As the Marketing Manager for Health Solutions in Korea, you will define and execute the marketing strategy, plan, and deliverables to support business growth and maintain Elsevier’s leading position in the health market. You will possess a deep understanding of the local market, customers, and user needs, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing effectiveness across Korea. This role focuses on developing localized campaigns, driving multi-channel marketing execution, and leveraging digital and data-driven strategies to support business objectives.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Commercial, and Account Development teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals
Manage and deliver mid to large-scale marketing projects
Create and manage marketing content and collateral
Drive lead generation and customer engagement through multi-channel campaigns
Localize global marketing strategies to the Korean market
Track, measure, and report on marketing effectiveness using data and analytics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution
Requirements
1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing
Experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing projects
Skilled in content creation and collateral development
Proficiency in Korean and English (business-level reading, writing, and listening)
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, self-manage, and work both independently and collaboratively
Strong interpersonal skills for managing internal and external relationships
Detail-oriented, proactive, and efficient with time management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau)
Proven success in working with agencies and external consultants
Experience engaging with C-level executives and organizing thought-leadership events
Knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, owned media (websites, social), CRM
Prior experience working in an international organization
Budget management and marketing forecasting experience
Background in healthcare or health content marketing is a plus
