Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to establish our brand in the luxury home décor market.
Your role
includes brand positioning, content marketing, social media management, paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and PR.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement a marketing strategy to build
brand awareness
and drive sales.
Define brand messaging, visual identity, and storytelling to position the brand in the luxury home décor segment.
✅ Content & Social Media Management
Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Linked In.
Plan and execute engaging campaigns, product launches, and storytelling posts.
Collaborate with designers & content creators for high-quality visuals.
✅ Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Run Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive traffic and sales.
Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and lead conversion.
Analyze data to improve ad performance and
customer engagement
.
✅ Influencer & PR Collaborations
Identify and collaborate with influencers, interior designers, and architects to promote our products.
Secure brand mentions in premium home décor magazines and blogs.
✅ E-Commerce &
Customer Engagement
Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize the website for conversions.
Run email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and
customer retention
strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in marketing (luxury, home décor, or e-commerce preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and social media trends.
Experience in influencer marketing, PR, and content creation.
Creative mindset with a passion for design, luxury branding, and storytelling.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
