Mosaic is looking for an Event Marketing Manager to expand our awareness and engagement with a defined target audience. You’ll be working on small, tight-knit, multi-functional teams with sales, engineering, and product during a once-in-a-career startup learning and growth opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Lead event and field event marketing efforts, including hosted, community, virtual and industry events
Oversee content marketing initiatives, focused on events and communities
Work closely with sales, BDRs, and demand teams to integrate event strategy and programs into overarching marketing and company strategy
Own pre-post marketing campaigns to drive business outcomes.
Manage even event automation process across all sales & marketing channels
Requirements
2-4 years of relevant event marketing experience
SaaS/Startup experience required
Proven experience managing events focused on a target audience
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a take-ownership mentality
Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills
Highly reliable, organized, with strong follow-through
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
