We are seeking a visionary and well-rounded part-time Marketing Manager for our home services business. This role is responsible for developing and executing an annual marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and engagement, along with the overall growth of our organization.
This position requires experience in all aspects of digital and traditional marketing. Responsibilities for this position center on customer acquisition strategies; campaigns and promotions; working as an intermediary with our digital marketing agency to strengthen the company’s digital presence and optimize inbound marketing tactics.
The ultimate measure of success will be the inbound flow of leads through the website, social media, email campaigns, radio, television and other inbound marketing channels. This will require continual analysis of digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization. To support your success, we have implemented an enterprise website and digital marketing platform to provide the visibility you’ll need to respond proactively to changing market conditions.
Communication is key as this position plays an integral role as the link between our digital marketing agency as well as developing traditional marketing channels locally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and market trends to strengthen the brand’s position.
Collaborate with leadership to set marketing goals and priorities.
Develop and manage the marketing budget for the business.
Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing efforts to ensure the inbound flow of leads.
Develop digital marketing strategy in collaboration with our marketing agency and ensure continuous improvement of SEO and SEM.
Weekly analysis of marketing KPIs and the ability to optimize campaigns
Responsible for overseeing the creation, curation, and posting of engaging content tailored to our local audience for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Regularly report on campaigns and social media performance, providing actionable insights to refine and enhance tactics.
Create print-based marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of proven experience with digital and traditional marketing, content creation and multi-channel advertising campaigns.
Experience working with marketing agencies.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, including project management
Creative thinker, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage audiences.
Collaborative and team-oriented.
