Job Overview
Pure Water Changes is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketers to join our team brand new Field Marketing Team! This position is strictly field marketing – not selling actual products directly to customers! Pure Water Changes installs Water Purification Systems to help Orlando homeowners have clean water!
The ideal candidate is somebody who is looking to begin a career in sales and is somebody who is coachable! We are not looking for the most polished salesperson or the most experienced, we are looking for somebody who is driven by performance, wants to be taught sales fundamentals, and most of all, wants an opportunity.
As this is the first ever Field Marketing Team for Pure Water Changes, you will get in at the ground level and have significant room for growth opportunities to become a Team Lead, Manager, and more!
Duties
Participate in daily training/Sales Meetings
Speak with prospective homeowners and find the right date and time for them to have their water tested!
Schedule Appointments that result in sales
Educate homewoners on public water and Pure Water Changes Products
Communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services.
Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion efforts.
Utilize public speaking skills to present products at events and engage audiences.
Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
Track marketing activities and report on performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance outreach efforts in multilingual markets.
Strong public speaking skills with experience presenting to groups of varying sizes.
Experience in event marketing or organizing promotional activities is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $50,087.00 – $110,554.00 per year
