Description
Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing our digital tools and platforms to most effectively obtain leads and candidates. The Digital Marketing Manager maintains the tools we use to communicate directly with our associates and clients.
Making an Impact
Measure progress and results (KPIs) of key initiatives and tools, including marketing technology and the adoption/usage of marketing tools.
Drive adoption of Digital Marketing tools within the brands
Identify trends with marketing tools and initiatives, discuss outcomes and report results to the leadership team. Leverage analysis and insights gathered to contribute to optimizing our marketing strategies.
Continually monitor market and investigate, review and provide recommendations on new resources
People Leadership

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
Collaboration and Strategy Development:
Each day, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to assess current digital marketing strategies and identify improvements. You’ll be responsible for evaluating performance metrics and discussing with leadership how to best leverage digital tools to meet business objectives. You’ll also review the adoption and performance of existing marketing platforms and propose enhancements to drive better engagement.
Campaign and Tool Management:
A significant portion of your day will involve managing and optimizing digital marketing tools. You’ll oversee the creation and maintenance of digital campaigns and templates (email, web pages, social media). You’ll liaise with the creative team to ensure the assets align with the company’s branding and marketing goals, and then support the execution of these campaigTeam Leadership and Collaboration:
You’ll lead and support a small team of Demand Generation Coordinators. This includes guiding them on daily activities, providing coaching, and ensuring that their work aligns with overarching digital strategies. You’ll also regularly engage with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
A key part of your daily activities will involve analyzing digital marketing data. You’ll track and assess performance metrics (such as KPIs) from campaigns and tools, compiling insights to report back to leadership. This includes identifying trends, optimizing lead generation processes, and presenting actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Tools and Technology:
You’ll frequently work with digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), and CMS tools. Your day-to-day will require staying updated on new technologies and marketing trends to continuously improve the company’s digital marketing effectiveness.
Travel Requirements:
While the role is primarily remote work, depending on your proximity to HQ in Milwaukie, occasional travel may be required to attend industry events or meet with key stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications
Required
5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of general marketing principles, tactics and best practices
Experience autonomously managing marketing projects and/or programs
