Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic
and
results-driven
 Marketing Manager  to oversee and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including  Social Media, Performance Marketing, Events, Marketplace Marketing, SEO, and Whats App Marketing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, and
customer engagement
across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Social Media Marketing
Plan and execute  organic and paid social media campaigns  across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and You Tube.
Manage content calendar, engagement strategies, and influencer collaborations.
Track social media performance and optimize based on insights.
2.
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads & Growth Campaigns)
Manage on hands  Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In Ads, and programmatic campaigns .
Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and conversion rates.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
3.
Marketplace Marketing (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Develop marketing strategies for  e-commerce marketplaces .
Plan, Create and Manage campaigns on  Myntra PLA,   Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other platforms .
Optimize product listings, A+ content, and pricing strategies.
4.
Whats App & CRM Marketing
Implement  Whats App marketing campaigns  for engagement and lead nurturing.
Work with automation tools like  Whats App Business API, Kwikchat etc.
Track campaign performance and optimize based on engagement metrics.
5.
Events & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute  corporate events, trade shows, and brand activations .
Coordinate with event agencies, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Measure event ROI and engagement.
6.
SEO & Website Management
Develop and execute  SEO strategies  to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
Monitor and analyze site performance using  Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush etc.) .
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content.
Key Requirements:
5-8 years  of experience in digital marketing in e-commerce, D2C.
Strong expertise in  PPC, social media, SEO, and marketplace marketing .
Hand-on experience with  Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In Ads, Marketplace ads and CRM platforms .
Hands-on
knowledge of  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools .
Data-driven mindset with strong
analytical skills
.
Ability to manage  multiple campaigns, vendors, and teams  efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications in  Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO tools  are a plus.
