About the Role:
The Marketing Manager for Events will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing activities for tech-focused events. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and in-depth industry knowledge.
What you will deliver:
Develop and implement event marketing strategies for conferences, webinars, and Exhibitions.
Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Lead multichannel marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing and performance marketing.
Build relationships with crypto influencers, Kol’s, speakers, and sponsors, especially in blockchain and Esports.
Organize pre- and post-event networking activities to enhance community engagement.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and ROI.
Provide post-event reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee event marketing budgets for efficient resource utilization.
Negotiate vendor and service provider contracts to secure optimal terms.
Must Haves for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven event marketing experience, ideally in technology or blockchain.
Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the tech landscape.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with problem-solving and creative skills.
