Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the construction and real estate market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Manage and enhance the company’s online presence through digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and project teams to create compelling promotional materials and presentations.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
