We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee local store marketing efforts
for multiple restaurant locations spanning multiple states. This role requires significant
experience in restaurant brand marketing and sales building, with a focus on executing
marketing strategies across a broad geographic area and multiple units. You will be responsible
for driving in-restaurant marketing, local media and digital campaigns, and special projects such
as new openings, remodels, and acquisitions. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams
including operations, finance, and accounting, and serve as the key point of contact for field-
level marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
● Lead all local store marketing initiatives, including merchandising, community
engagement, crew activation, localized advertising, sponsorships, events, and menu
promotions.
● Align local marketing efforts with store performance goals in collaboration with field
operations teams.
● Provide regular communication and reporting on marketing performance, insights, and
recommendations to field and support teams.
● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new store openings, remodels, and
acquisitions.
● Manage local media campaigns in partnership with internal or external marketing
partners.
● Support and oversee regional marketing efforts, including co-op advertising strategy and
participation in marketing councils or meetings.
● Approve and guide marketing messaging and channels to maintain consistency and
effectiveness across regions.
● Manage and track local marketing budgets to ensure optimal use of resources and
return on investment.
● Analyze sales, traffic, product mix, and promotional data to inform and optimize
campaign performance.
● Test and refine local promotions and programs to meet market-specific goals.
● Serve as the primary marketing liaison for field teams, providing hands-on support and
marketing guidance.
● Collaborate with designers and vendors to create materials for print, digital, and in-store
use.
● Build relationships with local media, community organizations, and vendors to drive
awareness and participation in local store initiatives.
● Stay informed on competitive trends and emerging marketing opportunities to enhance
effectiveness.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
● 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry with
multi-unit oversight.
● Proven success managing local store marketing across multiple locations or regions.
● Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on performance-driven results.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-
functional teams.
● Creative mindset with a passion for delivering engaging and effective marketing
campaigns.
● Ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
