Are you passionate about marketing and looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Head of Marketing and manage key marketing tasks. This role will offer tremendous growth potential as you may be able to develop into our future Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing – Managing campaigns and automation, creating email flyers for ads to consumers who have made inquiries on our website and to realtor partners.
Facebook & Instagram Ads – Posting, monitoring, and optimizing ad performance, and sending marketing flyers.
Ad Creation – Using Canva and other tools to design compelling content for ads, brochures, and pamphlets.
Finding Tools & Software – Researching and identifying the best software and websites to manage email marketing campaigns, Facebook/Instagram ads, and text messages.
Content Ideation – Thinking of creative content for campaigns, researching trending topics, and testing different ads to ensure they resonate with target audiences.
Social Media – Over time, you will be trained to create content for Instagram and TikTok, including viral videos.
Organization – Handling multiple projects using spreadsheets and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Growth Opportunity – This role will eventually evolve to include overseeing the hiring of team members to run social media content, manage email marketing, and handle paid ads.

Who We’re Looking For:

Highly Organized – Must be able to keep track of many moving parts and use spreadsheets efficiently.
Experience or Interest in Marketing – Experience with digital marketing, email campaigns, or Facebook ads is preferred, but we’re open to those with a strong drive to learn.
Creative – Comfortable using Canva or similar tools to design ad content, marketing flyers, and brochures.
Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks at once while keeping everything on track.
Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication, especially for content creation.
Research & Testing – Ability to research new tools and software for marketing, and test ads for optimization across various platforms.
Long-Term Vision – Willingness to learn about the mortgage and real estate industry, with a goal of growing into a leadership role.
