Job Title: Marketing and Admissions Director

Position Summary
The Marketing and Admissions Director is a vital member of the team, responsible for building and executing strategic
marketing plans to increase community awareness, attract donors and sponsors, and boost client enrollment. This role
combines marketing expertise, admissions facilitation, and community engagement to ensure the organization’s mission and
vision are effectively communicated and achieved. The individual will work closely with the office administrator for admissions
support and contribute to social media content development to highlight the organization’s programs, services, and training
packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Outreach
– Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the organization’s mission, services, and training
packages.
– Create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
– Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to increase financial support and expand the
organization’s network.
– Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness and strengthen partnerships.
– Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Admissions Facilitation
– Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for potential clients and their
families.
– Collaborate with the office administrator to manage inquiries, tours, and the application process.
– Monitor census numbers, identifying opportunities to increase enrollment and maintain client retention.
– Regularly review admissions procedures to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
Community Engagement, Capital Campagin and Training Promotion
– Promote the organization’s training packages and educational programs to businesses, healthcare providers, and community
organizations, while also identifying opportunities to align these offerings with potential donor interests.
– Act as an ambassador for the organization at local networking events and outreach opportunities, fostering relationships that
support both program expansion and fundraising efforts.
-Collaborate with the leadership team to identify new markets for training and support services, as well as potential
donors who align with the organization’s mission and capital campaign goals.
-Support the marketing and outreach efforts of the organization’s capital campaign, engaging potential donors and
community partners to secure funding for growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Proven experience in marketing, admissions, or community outreach, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and graphic design software is a plus.
– Passion for the organization’s mission and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
