Job responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Lead & implement 360 marketing plans, adapting regional strategies and calendar for Saudi market.
Lead and mentor the local marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives consistent with regional guidelines, collaborating with retailers to maximize visibility.
Propose a comprehensive set of elements for trade marketing/merchandising plan properly calibrated on a door by door basis.
Ensure OTIF execution of all operational plans (On Time In Full) in line with regional marketing guidelines.
Ensure that all operational deadlines are met.
Ensure high-end production and implementation of all animation elements.
Ensure that all the assets (e.g., POSM, TOAs, etc.) of the 360 animation plan are on time in store.
Ensure implementation of merchandising updates.
Ensure commitment and alignment of all teams (BA, sales team, retailers’ staff) at local level.
Propose/organize required initiatives.
Propose and organize dispatch of POSM at local level.
Develop local activation tools when needed.
Collaborate with regional PR team on specific local activations such as outdoor events.
Manage PR activations and events, ensuring strong media and community engagement.
Monitor brand performance, track ROI, and optimize marketing spend for maximum impact.
Own the local A&P budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial tracking.
Spread understanding of marketing plans internally and externally at local level.
Provide regional with local insights, needs, constraints.
Monitor competitor’s activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 4/5 years of experience in operational marketing, ideally in cosmetics in the luxury industry.
University degree in business or marketing.
Strong expertise in 360 marketing, trade marketing, and digital.
In-depth understanding of brand strategy/DNA.
Sense of excellence/over achievement.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Financial skills to handle the local A&P budget.
Energetic and self-motivated performer with the ability to work in a fast-paced work culture within a team that promotes a good sense of fun.
Demonstrate experience in implementing marketing projects, with a high level of reliability.
Leadership and autonomy.
Regular trips across the region.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
