Are you a creative, results-driven marketing pro who loves wearing multiple hats? Cloverdale Plumbing, a trusted locally owned plumbing company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our brand forward and keep us top-of-mind in the Treasure Valley.

What You’ll Do

As our in-house Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of marketing and branding. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that connect with our customers, build trust, and grow our presence both online and in the community.

Your day-to-day might include:

Managing and growing our presence on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Creating engaging, on-brand content (posts, blogs, graphics, videos)
Handling SEO strategy and website content updates
Running and analyzing digital marketing campaigns with tools like Google Ads & Google Analytics
Responding to and encouraging Google reviews
Coordinating video shoots and editing for marketing purposes
Email marketing (newsletters, promos, follow-ups)
Supporting community events, sponsorships, and PR efforts
Attending local networking opportunities to build brand visibility
Maintaining a positive and professional representation of the company at all times
Developing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage)
Tracking KPIs and marketing ROI
Help out in any way possible, may need to run a few parts to our plumbers once in awhile!

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of marketing experience (bonus if it’s in a small business or home services setting)
Proficiency in managing social media accounts and content planning
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
Videography and video editing skills
A self-starter with strong communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable attending in-person events and engaging with the local community
Self starter that can motivate themselves
