Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate and manage video strategy for Customer Acquisitions, Employment Brand, Investor Relations and Third-Party Management: including gathering requirements, concepting, production, and delivery
Manage an ongoing production schedule for photo and video shoots
Work with internal and external creative teams to plan in-studio, and on-location shoots
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and obtain correct stakeholder approvals
Manage and execute creative video opportunities against departmental roadmaps aligning to short-term and long-term business needs
Produce video and photo content according to brand guidelines and departmental needs, including filming, editing, adding graphics and effects, and photography.
Partner with brand and digital teams to strategize and develop creative campaigns for website, advertising, third-party management, employment brand, and partnerships
Maintain video brand compliance across organization
Assist in company content calendaring alignment and committee
Job Specifications
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for internal or external partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects (JIRA project management experience preferred)
Ability to organize projects and advocate for Brand Image opportunities using a variety of tools including MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills; sound judgment and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Thrives on new challenges with a strong desire to be organized
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Operations, or similar role
Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop
Experience managing video production for internal and external creative teams
Experience operating camera, audio, and lighting equipment
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.
