Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies across the region. This role will be responsible for brand positioning, campaign development, and coordinating marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support sales and business growth.
Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all markets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and trade marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and optimize sales performance.
Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers to maximize brand visibility.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and oversee content creation, social media strategies, and promotional materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate trade shows, events, and product launches to strengthen brand presence.
Work closely with suppliers and distributors to ensure alignment on marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
✔ Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and brand management expertise.
✔ Experience in digital marketing, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
✔ Ability to travel within the region as needed.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
