Position Overview:
The Digital Growth Strategist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple B2B brands. This individual will identify new opportunities, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with our content, design, and sales teams to build effective campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth across multiple B2B brands.
Analyze and optimize digital channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, to maximize performance and ROI.
Conduct audience research to understand customer needs, identify target segments, and refine value propositions.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution, including planning budgets, forecasting results, and reporting performance metrics.
Test and experiment with new digital marketing approaches, such as account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, retargeting campaigns, and personalized content strategies.
Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey from lead to close.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify innovative opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Produce detailed performance reports and actionable insights for senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and growth.
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation, and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and reports.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
