Symrise – always inspiring more… Your Role  Oversee and manage marketing activities for Laundry and Home Care categories in the AMET region, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives. Drive the development and execution of
innovative
marketing strategies to maximize category growth opportunities for consumer fragrances. Lead and implement Laundry and Home Care Business Unit (BU) projects locally, ensuring successful execution of the regional marketing strategy.
Manage both proactive and reactive projects from conceptualization to execution, showcasing Symrise’s capabilities and delivering
impactful
customer presentations. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, R&D, and Consumer & Market Insights teams, to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives. Act as a regional leader for strategic categories, driving business growth and strengthening Symrise’s presence in the AMET region.
About You  Proven expertise in marketing within the Laundry and Home Care sectors, with a strong understanding of consumer fragrances and regional market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a
fast-paced
, multicultural environment. Exceptional
leadership
and
collaboration
skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and R&D teams. Strong presentation and
communication skills
, with the ability to engage and influence both internal teams and external clients.
Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and driving
innovation
. Â Due to the nature of this role, the required candidate would be fluent in both English and Arabic. This position offers an
