We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our Associates team within the Marketing and Prime organization. This role will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives for the Amazon Associates Program in Brazil.

The Amazon Associates Program is one of the world’s largest affiliate marketing platforms, enabling content creators, publishers, and bloggers to monetize their digital presence. Through this program, partners can leverage link-building tools to direct their audience to Amazon products and services. Associates earn commissions through percentage-based commissions on qualified purchases and bounties for customer sign-ups to eligible Amazon programs and services.

As a Marketing Manager focusing on acquisition, you will drive the growth of our program in Brazil by:

Developing and executing strategies to attract high-quality content creators

Building and maintaining relationships with key partners in the digital ecosystem

Creating innovative marketing campaigns to increase program awareness

Implementing data-driven approaches to optimize acquisition channels

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the partner experience

This role combines strategic marketing expertise, relationship building, and business development skills to expand our program’s reach and impact.

Key job responsibilities

Lead initiatives to identify and acquire new content creators, focusing on strategic verticals and emerging channels

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase program awareness and drive sign-ups

Build and maintain relationships with key agencies and social platforms in the Brazilian digital ecosystem

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program features and tools

Track and report on key performance metrics related to creator acquisition and engagement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English

Proven ability to develop and implement scalable solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in online retail/B2C marketing

Experience managing affiliate marketing programs for major e-commerce platforms

Experience working with influencer marketing or creator economy
