Now Hiring: Marketing & Event Specialist

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Event Specialist to join our growing team and help take a thriving firm to the next level. In this role, you’ll drive key marketing initiatives, manage impactful client events, and help streamline operational processes—all while being part of a supportive, values-driven team that puts people first.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with firm founders to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Lead the planning, execution, and follow-through of client events, educational seminars, workshops, and appreciation experiences.
Attend and support 4–6 dinner seminars/workshops per month—managing logistics, engaging with prospects, and contributing to future client growth.
Analyze and report on event performance metrics to improve future marketing efforts.
Schedule qualified appointments and confirm attendance with prospective clients to optimize advisor efficiency.
Support day-to-day operations that ensure a seamless and outstanding client experience.
Oversee and maintain CRM database management to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Uphold regulatory compliance across all communications and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a cohesive, solution-oriented team environment.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, and/or operations
Energetic, positive, and highly motivated
Background in customer service preferred
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools
CRM experience preferred
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Resourceful, self-starter mindset with a “can-do” attitude
Detail-oriented and confident in handling a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Emotionally mature and professional under pressure
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, mentorship-driven setting
Committed to upholding regulatory and compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
