Marketing Manager – Demand Generation (Hybrid) Jobs in Santa Ana, CA at First American Financial Corporation

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations & Admin professional to support our growing luxury real estate team. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about marketing, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, real estate marketing, or a related field; recent college graduates with strong marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Lightroom, Compass Platform, and other social media and marketing automation tools with an ability to develop visually appealing marketing materials.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to track projects, meet deadlines, and streamline marketing operations.
Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of luxury real estate marketing, MLS platforms, and direct mail campaigns is a plus.

Marketing & Advertising Responsibilities:

Marketing Collaboration: Work directly with Compass Marketing to execute mailers, print ads, and direct mail campaigns.
Digital and Print Marketing Asset Creation: Design brochures, flyers, Canva highlight sheets, Open House promotions, and other marketing materials.
Email & Direct Marketing: Manage and track bulk email campaigns, client outreach, and property launch updates.
Listing Promotions: Schedule and coordinate photography/video shoots, set photo orders for properties under $3M, and draft property descriptions.
Market Updates: Send direct marketing reports and statistics to sellers for properties under $5M on the market for 30+ days.
Video Support: Assist with some video content creation, including reels, virtual tours, and property highlight videos.
Marketing Calendar Management: Keep track of group sales, listing timelines, and marketing deadlines.
Newsletter Management: Distribute newsletters to client databases.
Event Coordination: Help plan and facilitate client events and appreciation parties.

Client Relations & Administrative Responsibilities:

CRM Management: Organize and maintain the client database to optimize outreach efforts.
Client Support: Provide marketing deliverables and communication updates to clients.
Showings & Listing Support:
Monitor and schedule incoming showings.
Create calendar invites and organize buyer tour sheets.
Attend showings and listing presentations as needed.
Listing & Transaction Support:
Prepare AVIDs (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure) for transactions.
Oversee Just Sold checklists and ensure proper follow-up marketing.
Gifting & Client Retention: Manage and execute gifting for VIP clients and sphere of influence.

This is a full-time role in our Santa Monica based office from 9 am – 5 pm Monday -Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
