We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our partner activation efforts to promote Inman events. This role will focus on identifying and cultivating relationships with external partners, such as real estate brokerages, associations, and influencers, who can drive registrations for our events. With strong project management skills, this self-starter will lead initiatives from conception to execution and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with key external partners.
Nurture and grow partnerships by creating compelling reasons for partners to promote Inman events.
Develop and distribute compelling marketing materials for partners to distribute to drive event registrations.
Develop social media campaigns and speaker graphics for partner distribution.
Create tailored marketing materials for partners to utilize.
Act as an active relationship builder capable of collaborating with internal and external teams to drive event registrations
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to partners and internal stakeholders.
KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
5+ years of experience in partnership marketing or partnership management
Experience in performance marketing and a solid understanding of marketing principles
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
Expertise in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs with the ability to make data-driven recommendations and pivot strategies as needed
Adept at creative collateral development (for social, email, etc), content creation and campaign execution
Exceptional writing skills for email copy and drip campaigns that activate partners
Ability to verbally or in writing communicate results and insights effectively to key stakeholders and executives and collaborate across teams
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and social media metrics
Adaptability and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
