We are seeking a

dynamic

Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for a renownedfashion & footwear brand within a leading retail group. Theideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executinginnovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility drivecustomer engagement and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesthat align with brand objectives and business goals.

Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaignsincluding digital marketing social media influencer collaborationsretail activations and traditional advertising.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including productdevelopment sales and creative departments to ensure consistentbrand messaging. Manage and optimize marketingbudgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize

ROI. Conduct indepth market research andanalyze consumer insights industry trends and competitor strategiesto inform decisionmaking. Build and maintainstrong relationships with media influencers and strategic partnersto enhance brand presence. Oversee thecreation of engaging content and promotional materials that reflectthe brands voice and identity. Monitor andanalyze campaign performance metrics leveraging datadriven insightsto improve future marketing initiatives. Leadand mentor a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture ofcreativity and

Requirements  Provenexperience in a marketing

leadership

role preferably within thefootwear fashion or retail industry. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong expertise in digital marketing social mediainfluencer marketing and retail activations.

Excellent

analytical skills

with the ability to interpretmarket trends and data. Strong

leadership
