Assist the VP, Marketing in the marketing management and growth of the product portfolio around the world.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of brand development, shepherding initiatives from concept through execution
Manage innovation calendar and product marketing strategy including product architecture and launch process
Develop global product strategies for a 3-year innovation plan including new launches, key SKUs, and sampling
Ensure innovation planning and core strategy meet business goals and support financial objectives
Partner with Product Development to refine positioning and key messaging for new launches
Prepare and submit NPD product briefs in alignment with senior leadership
Present strategic pricing recommendations based on market analysis and COGs targets
Collaborate with U.S. and international teams on assortments, forecasting, line edits, and pricing
Partner on artwork proofing and routing to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Stay abreast of emerging global consumer trends and insights
Manage the merchandising process and ensure brand consistency across all brick-and-mortar doors
Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all in-store merchandising executions
Review and approve all visual merchandising concepts and renderings
Qualifications & Competencies
College degree and 4–5 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry
Leadership capabilities to inspire and collaborate across teams
Strong team orientation and communication skills
Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate needs
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to structure clear presentations
Excellent project management abilities with strong attention to detail
Independent, reliable, and deadline-focused
Ability to manage projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
