Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with business goals, ensuring innovation and efficiency across the entire digital ecosystem.
Digital Transformation: Lead the charge in digital innovation, identifying areas of improvement and introducing cutting-edge tools and strategies to enhance business performance.
Content & Platform Mastery: Oversee content creation, social media management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and more to ensure a unified and impactful digital presence across all platforms.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and interpret digital performance data to drive strategy adjustments and measure ROI, ensuring constant improvement.
Technology Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve on new technologies, digital tools, and trends, and incorporate them into the company’s strategy to ensure we remain competitive.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, IT, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and synchronized digital presence across the company.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions before issues arise, ensuring smooth operations and growth.
Team Development: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and excellence are key priorities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in digital marketing, technology, and strategy across multiple platforms (social media, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
Strong understanding of analytics, data interpretation, and ROI tracking.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
Hands-on experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and digital tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
