What are we looking for in our Marketing Manager II?
Job Title: Marketing Manager II
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension & conversion
Pay: $40 – $45 / hour
Responsibilities:
Drive marketing programs for grocery partnerships.
Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements on the company’s website.
Build a best-in-class shopping experience, including storefront merchandising, promotion execution, and event ownership.
Project-manage initiatives end-to-end that require cross-functional work.
Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Supporting grocery partnerships teams and third-party merchants.
Executing onsite and outbound campaigns, including paid support.
Driving awareness, acquisition, and retention for customers.
Completing cross-functional work to implement customer experience updates.
Measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
Providing calendar support to drive merchant growth.
Some external-facing interaction with merchants.
Requirements
:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
3-5 years of marketing experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Tableau is a plus.
Experience managing partners, account managers, and external partners/merchants is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and collaborative.
Experience measuring performance and providing feedback to cross-functional teams.
Campaign QA experience is required.
