Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and executing

comprehensive marketing campaigns, with a focus on both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL

(Below the Line) strategies. The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set that

includes expertise in retail, wealth, business, and online customer segments.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting financial intermediaries online, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach across diverse channels.

– Lead the development and implementation of ROI-driven digital campaigns, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital marketing trends. Achieve an average lead conversion ratio of over 4%.

– Execute marketing strategies throughout the product life cycle, collaborating with cross- functional teams (Sales/Compliance & Products). Develop customer propositions and

oversee digital and offline media activities.

– Design and launch innovative digital loyalty and reward programs for existing customers,

aiming to set industry benchmarks and enhance customer retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

– Proven experience in planning and executing ATL and BTL campaigns across diverse

intermediary segments.

– Expertise in Wealth Marketing, with a focus on financial intermediaries.

– Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ROI-driven digital campaigns with a

track record of achieving high lead conversion ratios.

– Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and

manage product life-cycle marketing strategies.

– Experience in designing and launching digital loyalty and reward programs.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

– Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
