This role is ideal for someone who can balance creative content creation, social media advertising, and account management—someone who not only films and edits engaging content but also serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their social media strategies drive real results.
About the Role
As our Paid Social Media & Creative Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in both content creation and client management. You’ll oversee paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn, while also filming, editing, and strategizing content to enhance performance.
Beyond campaign execution, you’ll manage client accounts, serve as their main point of contact, and ensure their social media marketing aligns with their goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of digital marketing and is eager to develop their expertise.
Who We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Someone with strong client management skills, capable of leading accounts and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in filming and editing video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Graphic design and video editing experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe
Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar platforms.
A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with clients and guiding their social media efforts.
Experience running or assisting with paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus!
A Day in the Life
On a typical day, you might:
Film and edit engaging video content for social media ads, Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Manage client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their marketing goals are met.
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Write compelling ad copy and captions to attract target audiences.
Design visuals and create graphics for social media ads and organic content.
Analyze campaign performance, report insights to clients, and recommend improvements.
Engage with clients, understanding their needs and helping shape their digital strategy.
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies and content ideas.
