BD Parata’s Global Platform team is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to develop & execute Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Parata Core portfolio. Parata is a market-leading, high-growth, strategic business on the Pharmacy Automation platform. BD Parata offers automation hardware, software and end-to-end central fill solutions that enable clinical, operational and financial improvements in Pharmacies across the world.

individual will work alongside the Associate Director, Commercial Excellence,

Global Industry Leader

– Adherence Packaging and Global Product Team to drive global commercial execution of the product strategies for the Vial, Blister, Pouch & Inspection portfolios. This person will partner closely with the Regional Marketing teams to execute commercial excellence initiatives to achieve near-term and long-term business objectives and organizational plans, while evaluating opportunities for geographic expansion into new markets.

This global marketer will support several key cross-portfolio initiatives, including the launch of enhanced portfolio segmentation, positioning and messaging across Health Systems, Long-Term Care & Retail customer markets. In addition, this role will lead several product-specific initiatives within the Pouch portfolio to drive growth in US, Canada & Europe. This individual will play a critical role in driving adoption of adherence packaging through strategic market shaping & market development initiatives.

This role provides

flexibility

to work on-site 4 days weekly and remotely on Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support global commercial strategy to ensure achievement of budgets, ASR plans, and longer-term sustainable growth in all customer segments (Health Systems, LTC, Retail & Strategic Accounts)

• Establish in-depth knowledge of Inpatient & Outpatient Pharmacy markets & competitive landscape, including customer needs, market trends, clinical guidelines, reimbursement & competitive activity.

• Support portfolio segmentation, positioning & messaging across segments; ensure consistent brand strategy is applied across global markets

• Support global pricing strategy refresh, including alternative acquisition models

• Develop claims, collateral & toolkits for Rowa Dose; partner with Product Manager to execute upcoming launches of product enhancements & new features
