We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team part time. This individual will be pivotal in growing our sales and attracting new clients through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales and increase client base.
Design and execute social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Manage and update our website ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Create engaging content including newsletters, email blasts and promotional materials.
Collaborate with spa staff to design and promote special packages, events, and seasonal offers.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
