Hospitality Group Salary: up to $6,000/month–We are very excited to be partnering with a well-known hospitality group in Singapore that owns award-winning restaurants, bars, hotels, and beach clubs.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a number of people – both at the group level and for individual brands.
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing for 2 restaurants.
Your role
will focus on crafting marketing strategies that highlight each concept’s unique identity while fostering synergy across the brands.
What you’ll be doing:
Brand Strategy:
Develop marketing strategies to grow
brand awareness
and business success, collaborating with internal and external creative teams.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital channels, including websites, social media, EDMs, and booking platforms, optimizing campaigns with data insights.
Public Relations:
Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners, and manage press releases and media outreach.
Partnerships & Events:
Foster brand collaborations and oversee marketing efforts for events, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Guest Engagement
:
Enhance guest retention through VIP initiatives, loyalty programs, and feedback-driven refinements.
Operational
Collaboration:
Align marketing campaigns with operations and culinary teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
What you bring:
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hotel sector.
Knowledge of fine dining markets and global culinary trends.
Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Ads Manager, SEO, Mailchimp, and CRM systems).Strong interpersonal skills for media and partnership relations.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance.
