The ideal candidate will create compelling content, engage with audiences, and drive marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role plays a crucial part in promoting Incredible Holidays and inspiring travelers to choose us for their dream vacations.

Key responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (images, videos, and written) tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.

Platform Management:
Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, and You Tube.
Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using social media management tools.
Optimize accounts for improved visibility and performance.

Audience Engagement:
Foster relationships with followers, responding promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages.
Host interactive activities like polls, contests, and Q&A sessions to boost engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.
Prepare and present monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Identify and implement new opportunities to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

Brand Advocacy:
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
Partner with influencers and content creators to amplify the brand’s reach.
