About the Role:

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Third Party Games)

Location:Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Summary:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead and support marketing initiatives for product launches, ongoing campaigns, sales promotions, and sample management. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and executions, ensuring a seamless alignment between internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Marketing Calendar Development:Build, manage, and execute the marketing calendar in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Demand Generation:Drive interest and sales through strategic marketing during key public relations and product beats.

Partner Collaboration:Work with licensed partners to develop communication pipelines, coordinate marketing activities, and procure key assets (e.g., messaging, renders, and marketing materials).

Channel Marketing Execution:

o Develop and execute campaigns across channels, including social media, CRM, and more.

o Submit, track, and manage reviews of marketing assets and formal requests.

Dash Ads Management:Ensure up-to-date and impactful advertisements across platforms.

Merchandising Collaboration:Partner with the merchandising team to align marketing strategies and campaigns.

Samples and Logistics Management:

o Manage 1P and 3P accessory samples, including placement, tracking, distribution, and logistics support.

o Facilitate sample orders to support business and partner needs.

Asset Management:

o Track, collect, organize, and distribute product marketing assets, including retail toolkits and channel campaigns.

o Support global and regional marketing teams with communication and asset sharing.

Approval Management:Oversee internal and external approval processes for all marketing materials.

US Placement and Reporting:Assist with US-owned and operated (O&O) placement logistics and compile quarterly reports on marketing performance.
