We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Leader to help us grow our inbound lead generation, support trade show efforts, and enhance our creative marketing approach.

What You’ll Do:

Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation:

Own and execute KWALL’s inbound marketing strategy to drive high-quality leads.
Optimize and manage HubSpot and other marketing automation tools for campaigns, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
Develop and oversee content marketing, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.

Trade Show & Event Support:

Plan and execute marketing initiatives for trade shows and conferences.
Create collateral, booth experiences, and lead follow-up strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize event ROI.

Creative & Content Strategy:

Collaborate with design teams to develop engaging marketing content, case studies, and white papers.
Drive messaging that enhances brand positioning and storytelling.
Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels.

Marketing Analytics & Optimization:

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and optimize campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and audience research to refine messaging and creative assets.

Who You Are:

· Experienced in Digital Marketing, Agency Services & HubSpot: You’ve worked in a digital agency environment and know how to leverage HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to generate leads and drive engagement.

· Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: You stay ahead of marketing trends and are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and AI-driven content platforms.

· Creative & Strategic: You bring fresh ideas to the table and know how to craft compelling marketing content that resonates with our target audience.

· Trade Show & Event Marketing Pro: You have experience planning and executing marketing strategies for industry conferences and events.

· Higher Ed Experience (Bonus!): If you have experience marketing to colleges, universities, or educational institutions, that’s a huge plus!

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in marketing
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
US-based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
