Job Summary:
We are seeking a highlystrategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketingefforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of theinsurance technology and fintech sectors within the industry with aproven track record in digital marketing. You will be responsiblefor developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategythat enhances our brand visibility engages our target audience anddrives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Developand implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns withthe companys objectives and marketopportunities.
Conduct market research andanalysis to identify trends customer needs and competitivepositioning.
Manage and optimize digitalmarketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM emailmarketing social media and displayadvertising.
Lead content strategy and overseethe creation of engaging content that communicates our valueproposition effectively to our targetaudience.
Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to ensure marketing strategies are fullyintegrated with product offerings and customerexperience.
Design and execute targetedmarketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customeracquisition.
Measure and report on theperformance of marketing campaigns gaining insights to refinemarketing strategies.
Manage the marketingbudget efficiently allocating resources to maximize
ROI.Lead motivate and develop the marketingteam fostering a culture of creativity
collaboration
and continuousimprovement.
Stay abreast of the latest trendsin digital marketing insurance technology and fintech sectors tokeep our marketing strategies
innovative
andeffective.
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in marketing Business Administration or related field. AMasters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 57 yearsof experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a managerialrole.
Strong background in digital marketinginsurance technology and fintechsectors.
Proven experience in developing andexecuting successful marketingstrategies.
Excellent
analytical skills
tomeasure and optimize marketingperformance.
