Marketing Manager – Year Round (on-site) Jobs in Winter Park, CO at Winter Park Resort

PURPOSE
As a Content Coordinator at Central Valley Ag, you will oversee and generate content of various marketing projects and tasks as needed to communicate and promote the CVA brand and value proposition. Working with others on the CVA team and CVA marketing team, you will help discover and deliver value to our customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Gathers content, write and design the Constant Innovation Magazine.
Contributes to the content of CVA’s websites.
Collects articles for use in newsletters, social media, etc.
Directs the interviewing of a customer or employee and writes the story/testimonial.
Oversees the Harvest Data Book, Visionary Booklet and other company printed material.
Develops and coordinates email marketing campaigns.
Proofreads all work before final copy is released.
Coordinates, plans and assists in the management of company events and recruiting efforts.
Creates, develops, implements marketing campaigns.
Creative graphic design and video/audio production.
Social media monitoring, posting and project management.
Manage marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
Works collaboratively with teams across the business (e.g., customer success, marketing, brand, growth, product etc.) to develop new content for our customers.
Partners with our data analytics experts to identify content and communication gaps with customers and design new content experiences to help close them.
Identifies smart ways to adapt existing marketing, product, or PR campaigns into compelling content for our customers.
Partners with content strategists and product marketers on key product launches.
Effortlessly flex our voice and style for different segments, channels, and stages in the customer lifecycle.
Present concepts and work to stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively with stakeholders to finesse the final deliverables.
Partner with channel owners (e.g., digital, social etc.) to test, iterate, and improve the impact of content at CVA.
Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

Degree in marketing, communications, advertising or public relations preferred or two years’ experience.
Agriculture background preferred, but not necessary.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audition).
Strong competencies in computer applications including Excel.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Initiative to consistently meet internal and external deadlines.
Creativity and strong attention to detail.
Ability to use or learn to use Nikon DSLR Cameras for photography and videography.
