The Marketing Officer is responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, orchestrating, and implementing the various marketing support requirements of the Global Markets Group and its Sales Teams to help achieve their business objectives and meet their customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
Understand the financial/ treasury markets and customer behavior to the current product and services suite and develop relevant marketing activities and materials to help Global Markets and its Sales Teams in achieving their goals
Develop marketing plan/s aligned with business objectives in growing business volume, increasing customer market base, and achieving profitability targets
Execute specific programs in such areas as advertising and promotions, direct marketing and CRM, PR, and publicity, etc. which require directing and coordinating with other internal groups and outside agencies to deliver and implement such programs effectively and efficiently
Provide marketing and promotional support to the Sales Teams to ensure their attainment of
business volume and customer count growth and profitability goals
Monitor marketing program results and competitor activities, report on the results and provide recommendations in helping build sustainable competitive advantage and deliver measurable benefit to the business
Manage the marketing budget of assigned projects and ensure all marketing activities and spending are within the approved budget
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing related courses
At least two (2) years Marketing, Business Development or Project Management
Knowledge of Marketing concepts and strategies, financial/treasury markets, global markets products suite and other banking solutions and services, and project management
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous projects and priorities
Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization
