Your role
Budget : Create realistic budget plan for projects. Ensure activity plan and budget are aligned. Tracking and regular updates of budget for responsible projects.
Marketing Plan / Event management: implement events that are aligned to the PWM strategy including planning, execution and follow-up as well as on-site presence where necessary
Project focus: Work closely with the PWM Investment Communication and Marketing teams on content events including but not limited to: content definition, alignment to content roadmap, storyline, key speakers, marketing collateral (presentation, communication material, brochures)
Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholder relationships, including commercial leaders, top management, and various experts, to ensure alignment and successful collaboration across all levels of the organization
Collaboration : Collaboration and support of other PWM marketing managers. Work closely with other teams (compliance, legal, group communication, etc.) where applicable
Your profile
Master degree in Marketing/Digital/communication
Three to five years of proven experience in the financial industry, ideally in a similar role with experience in event management
Proficient in English and French
Master command of MS Office
Strong financial know-how (markets, asset classes, investments, trends)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Resident in Switzerland
As the chosen applicant you will be driven and proactive in your approach and have a keen eye for detail. In addition, you will also be a strong team player but still able to work independently. One of your priorities will be to provide first-rate service so that you can meet the expectations of high-end clients.
